Well........It has been a while!

I have to be honest with you, I didn't even know that this blog was still here. I tried to find it before, and I couldn't, so I thought I had deleted it. That is until I posted a message to Shannon on her blog, Far Above Rubies. I have to thank Shannon. She is very generously sharing a kombucha scoby with me. I am so excited. I learned about kombucha first from Candy's blog, Keeping the Home, and then I learned more about it from the book Nourishing Traditions, which my Mom bought for me for my birthday. If you don't know what it is, try doing a Google search for kombucha. You will soon be looking for a scoby of your own!
